By submitting your payment, you agree to become a member of the Envy Owner Association, Inc (a California Non-for-profit organization), and agree to abide by the association's policies and by-laws.
You acknowledge that you are a Massage Envy franchisee or Massage Envy Regional Developer who is not an employee of Massage Envy Franchising, LLC, (the franchisor).
Only Massage Envy locations not owned by the franchisor, and Regional Developers who are not employed by the franchisor, may become a member of the Envy Owner's Association.
By submitting your payment, you further acknowledge that your association membership remains in good standing only if your annual membership dues are paid.
