How much does it cost to join?

Dues for the association are set at $39 per month per location. This fee gives each franchisee one vote per clinic in at-large association votes and provides access to the private boards and discussions in this forum. Membership also allows you to vote on the Board of Directors who represent you and your investment as we work to make positive changes for our brand. You will also gain access to the private EOA Facebook group.
